My life is upside down.

Forced myself sleep at 4.30am. Can't get to sleep. Dont know why either.
Suddenly i felt giddy yesterday, when i was walking to my room. But only lasted awhile.
Woke up at 1pm, nothing better to do. Went to bathe & i'm going to watch superband now. & Dad brought my phone go service already. Hope can take back asap.
I'm going to eat only 1 meal per day from now onwards.
